To request a return of the product and since the products are personal use, you can request a return within 72 hours from the date of delivery in case you change your mind about one of the products and if it has not been opened.

In the event of receiving the product with an apparent defect/damage or any lack of the product’s belongings or accessories, you must inform us within a maximum period of 48 hours.

When returning the product, make sure that all accessories for the order are in their proper condition and that the product is in its original packaging.

In the case of replacement, you can request to replace the product within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is closed or defective/damaged.
