- The customer is not entitled to create more than one account on the site, and when adding more than one account, the company has the right to ban additional accounts.

- It is not permissible to register on the Cotton website if you are under 18 years old and therefore you acknowledge that you have exceeded this age (when using the Cotton Store or agreeing to these general terms and conditions you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old)
- If you register to open an account on Cotton Store, an email address/username and password will be requested and you agree to the following:
- keep your password confidential;
- You acknowledge your responsibility for any activity on the Cotton Store resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password, and that you may be considered responsible for any losses that arise as a result of this failure.

- Kattan has the right, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice or giving reasons, to suspend or cancel your account, and/or modify account data, with Kattan’s obligation to refund the value of any of the products or services you have purchased on the store as long as you do not violate these general terms and conditions See the section below for more information on refunds.
- Payments
- Payments due under these General Terms and Conditions shall be made in accordance with the Payments Information and Instructions on Cotton Store.
- Store Credit
- Store Credits may be earned and managed in accordance with the Cotton Store Credit Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time. Cotton reserves the right to cancel or withdraw Cotton Store Credit Awards for any reason in its sole discretion, including if we suspect fraud or manipulation. - Offers
- Offers and contests conducted by Cotton and/or other promoters are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the offers and you can view the applicable offers terms and conditions on our website or mobile application.
- Due diligence and audit rights
- Aqtan operates an anti-money laundering program and reserves the right to conduct due diligence checks on all users of the Aktan store.
- Breach of the general terms and conditions
- In the event that Cotton allows the registration of an account on the Cotton Store, it will remain in existence indefinitely, subject to these general terms and conditions.
- If you breach any of the obligations contained in these General Terms and Conditions, or if Cotton is suspected of breaching the General Terms and Conditions or any of the provisions, policies or guidelines of Cotton in any way, then Cotton has the right to do the following:
- temporarily suspending your access to the Cotton Store;
- Permanently prevented you from accessing the Cotton Store.
- Blocking computers using your IP from accessing the Cotton Store;
- Reach out to any or all of your Internet service providers and request that your access to the Cotton Store be blocked;
- Suspend or delete your account on the Cotton website.
- Initiate legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise.
- You are obligated not to take any action to circumvent the suspension, prohibition or blocking of your access to the Cotton Store (including but not limited to creating and/or using a different account) in the event of the suspension, prohibition or blocking of your access to the Aqtan Store in whole or in part.
- Revision and modification
- Aqtan has the right to review these General Terms and Conditions, Seller Terms and Conditions, and Aqtan Terms, Policies and Guidelines from time to time.
- Revised general terms and conditions from the date of publication apply to the Aqtan Store.
